He is the founder and creator of Speedball Fitness, a global brand with classes at Equinox in NYC and facilities throughout Europe, Canada and South America. The Speedball Fitness Program is designed as a cardiovascular & endurance class and uses a medicine ball as a resistance tool to challenge and enhance the workout.
