Phoenix has Gregg Cook in as a guest this week! Gregg trained Phoenix when she first was getting into fitness, and now they work together at Daily Burn. Gregg shares his philosophies on fitness, particularly about mobility and breathing. He gives tips on how to breathe better and how to increase your mobility at any age. Phoenix & Gregg talk candidly about their various fitness levels at different times in their life and how they’ve adapted their training with age and for different goals.
Gregg Cook is a national fitness educator with certifications from ACE and AFFA, 8 years of modern dance and movement training, and over 8 years in the fitness industry. Gregg has been recognized as one of the best instructors in New York City in New York Magazine a few years over. He has done extensive work as a master trainer for many renowned fitness programs including BOSU, Urban Rebounding, and Schwinn Indoor Cycling and is an experienced presenter for ECA, IDEA and Sarah City conventions.
