Phoenix and Andrew call up Scott Weems, a Cognitive Neuroscientist and author of the book, Ha! The Science of When We Laugh and Why to discuss the overall health benefits of laughter on the body.
Later, Phoenix and Andrew take a call from a special guest… Din Thomas! Din, a retired mixed martial artist and current coach to Tyron Woodley & Amanda Nunez, chats about his improv and stand-up comedy career.
