Each Round:
30 Seconds Each Side
3 Minutes Total of Work
1 Minute Rest

Round 1 Exercises:

Single Arm Swings
Cleans
Front Squats

Round 2 Exercises:

Push Press
Lunges
Snatches

Round 3 Exercises:

Swings
Elbow Plank Elevator
Burpees

Round 4 Exercises:

Squat High Pulls
Push Ups
Sit Ups
