Ryan LaFlare (13-1), UFC Welterweight, comes to the Everlast studio to talk to Matt & Sergio about UFC 209: Woodley VS Thompson 2. Matt asks him his opinion on the card’s fighters including Rashad Evans, Khabib Nurmagomedov, and Demian Maia. Ryan also talks about his MMA career, training, and his new gym opening up.

Arias Garcia, CFFC’s matchmaker, calls in and talks about CFFC 63, which Sergio fought and won at, as well as the next card: CFFC 65. Arias also hints at whom Sergio may be fighting next, and some insight as a matchmaker.

Fight News with Kyle Antonelli delves into the latest with George St. Pierre.
