The Movement Lab: Kettlebell Front Squat Breakdown

Jeff Hunter teaches you step by step how to do a kettlebell front squat:
1. Hold Kettlebells in rack position, and keep your chest up.
2. Sit your hips back, and bend knees until hips are at least parallel to your knees.
3. Drive back up through your legs, pushing on your back heels rather than your toes into a standing position.
