Kettlebell Swings improve & develop muscular endurance, aerobic capacity, and anaerobic capacity.
To perform the Kettlebell Swing:
1) Set up with a flat back, engage your core
2) Hinge at the hips, allowing the kettlebell to pass through your legs
3) Drive through your hips to standing position as the kettlebell travels upward
4) Stop the kettlebell at eye level
