Join Jeff Hunter at The Everlast Lab as he takes you through a tutorial of this complex movement: the lunge and press. The lunge and press movement helps develop and improve running and jumping performance, core strength, balance, and stability.
1) Step forward and bend knees at 90 degree angle.
2)Push back from your front heel to standing position while pressing the dumbbell overhead at full extension.
3) Step into lunge position while returning the dumbbell to the shoulder.
4) Repeat for more repetitions.
