How to Clean with a Medicine Ball:

Step 1: Grip the medicine ball in your deadlift stance, chest up & shoulders back

Step 2: Explode and drive through the hips, pulling the ball up and close to your body

Step 3: Shrug yourself under to a front squat, as arms rotate around the ball in a front rack position

Step 4: Drive through your heels to stand up with the medicine ball in the same racked position
