There Will Be More McGregor Sparring For Malignaggi

It is one and not done for Paul Malignaggi, who did a single sparring session with UFC ace Conor McGregor and has jetted back to NY, from Las Vegas.

The mouthy Malignaggi, who hung up the mitts for good in March, told NYF  that “Monday I will go back” for more work with the Dubliner.

Paulie will work a color seat for Showtime Saturday night, with his ex foe Adrien Broner being tested by Mikey Garcia, trying his luck at 140 pounds for the first time.

His body is feeling fine, he said, being that he sparred McGregor just once. And does he know how many sessions the McGregor team, counting down to Aug. 26, wants him for when he heads back West?

“I’m not sure, they used me Thursday last week. I’m sure there will be more when I’m back there.”
